As a former Organisational Development practitioner and educator in a leading cultural organisation, people have always been at the heart of my work. I care about people living fulfilled and empowered lives.

I am a change agent for people as they discover what is important to them and create the life they want. As a result of coaching, my clients have taken effective actions to generate new results in their lives.

Olivia is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a PN Level 1 Nutrition Certified Coach, and a Being Profile Accredited Practitioner.

People often ask me how they can get to where they want to be by doing what they love, to feel satisfied with life, and being able to take care of people they love. There’s no shortcut on this journey to find out who you are meant to be or what you are meant to do. It starts from consciously choosing how you use the time you have every day, and making micro changes to the visible and invisible habits you have.
From your morning routine (whether you think you have one or not), to how you get to work, to whom you choose to lunch with, to how you respond when a new email arrives in your inbox, you have habitual responses and actions. We have mental, emotional and bodily habits, and these habits run our lives and create the results we have or do not have.
Without being aware of your current habits and being intentional about creating new ones, you will continue to create the current results you have. If you want to create new results, you need to consciously examine your habits and design a different way forward.
